Excluded products from breakage warranty

The Anniversary Mug is covered by our breakage guarantee. However, due to high demand and limited production, we do not expect to be able to replace a broken mug with a new Anniversary Mug. Instead, a product of similar character will be offered.

Products from Spring Collections from 2024 and earlier as well as annual figurines from 2024 or earlier are not covered by the breakage warranty. This is regardless of the time of purchase.
